A Word On Meal Prepping
Let’s face it, meal prepping can be a pain. No matter how much we try to keep in mind that ideal body, we want or try to convince ourselves that it’s the “healthy” choice, it doesn’t make the food taste any better.
AND, when you try to change it up with a new recipe, the excitement is short lived because you know that you’ll eventually get tired of it too.
