My name is Corry and here is how personal training has helped me serve my community.
I am 37 years old. I am a firefighter at Saraland Fire and Rescue. I have a wife and 2 kids. They are some of my biggest motivation of why I workout the way I do.

There for a while I only worked out on occasion then I got to where I was working out every third day at the fire station with my crew. I decided I wanted to workout enough to the point I could always pick up my daughter and son when they needed me to. Then I got into competing in firefighter combat challenges and working out became part of who I am. I enjoy it more and more each day. My family and my team drive me to be better. Sometimes I workout in gear just to give it that little bit of extra challenge.
I thought I was doing pretty well with the way I was working out and then I met Braxton and his team of amazing personal trainers. They showed me that I had more in me. They challenge me to push myself.
I have gotten stronger and faster
I have gotten stronger and faster in the six months of training with them. Coronavirus can’t hold me down. We are only what we make of ourselves no one will just hand it to you.
